Special features: Two Stacks revives the Irish tradition of whiskey bonding by allowing pubs and retailers to create and mature blends themselves. The First Cut is the first large-scale release from this innovative project—hand-bottled and individually labeled. This complex blend is comprised of five different whiskeys, including grain whiskey from virgin oak and ex-bourbon casks, as well as pot still and single malt whiskeys matured in ex-oloroso and ex-bourbon casks. Transparency is demonstrated by the precise disclosure of the percentages of the individual components.
