Special features: Two Stacks brings the Irish tradition of whiskey bonding back to life by allowing pubs and merchants to create and mature their own blends. The First Cut is the first larger release of this innovative project – hand-bottled and individually labeled. The complex blend consists of five different whiskeys, including grain whiskey from virgin oak and ex-bourbon casks, as well as pot still and single malt whiskeys, which have matured in ex-Oloroso and ex-bourbon casks. Transparency is shown in the precise disclosure of the percentages of the individual components.
