Special features: The West Cork Maritime - Port Cask is an Irish Single Malt Whiskey produced by West Cork Distillers. This independent distillery was founded in 2003 in Skibbereen, County Cork. The whiskey initially matures in first-fill bourbon casks and then receives a finish in port wine casks from Quinta Da Boeira. With an alcohol content of 46% and the special use of Irish malt as well as spring water from the Mullaghmesha mountains, it is bottled without chill filtration.
