Distillery/Bottler: West Cork Distillers was founded in 2004 by John O'Connell, Ger McCarthy, and Denis McCarthy and is located in Skibbereen, County Cork, Ireland. The distillery is known for its artisanal production and uses only locally malted grain as well as water from the nearby Ilen River. It produces a variety of whiskeys, including single malts and blends, and places great emphasis on quality and sustainability.
