Writers Tears Double Oak is created from a unique combination of two cask types: American bourbon oak barrels from Kentucky and French cognac oak barrels from the Allary Cooperage. Triple distilled, made from 100% malted barley and not cold filtered. The characterful marriage of single malt and single pot still Irish whiskey impresses with notes of vanilla, grapes, and a chocolatey finish.
