The bottling takes place at a robust drinking strength of 46% vol. without chill filtration and without the addition of coloring agents. Produced by the traditional Midleton Distillery, Yellow Spot is part of a series of Single Pot Still Whiskeys that trace back to the historical family tradition of Mitchell & Son – bonders of Irish whiskey specialties since 1887.
