After 12 years of maturation in a sherry cask, this whisky reveals a balanced interplay of phenolic peat smoke and maritime notes, typical of the Islay region. The cask number #AM081 refers to the careful selection of single casks. The bottling was done unadulterated without chill filtration and with natural coloring.
