Special features: This rum is a tribute to the cadets of the Royal Danish Naval Academy, whose history dates back to 1701. In collaboration with the cadets, this blend was created from carefully selected and aged premium rums from the West Indies and Central America. The limited edition of 2,000 bottles emphasizes the exclusivity of this fine drop.
Tasting Notes:
- Nose: Elegant, deep aromas of licorice root, orange peel, coconut, high-proof ester aromas, mint, and a hint of fruit cellar.
- Palate: A sweet, round, and powerful mouthfeel that balances richness with green notes of eucalyptus and mint, yellow citrus notes, as well as the bitterness of licorice and balsamic.
- Finish: Long and persistent, the impression shifts from fruity and smooth to softer and warmer leather notes.
