Tasting Notes:
- Nose: Caramelized malt notes with sweet smoky aromas, accompanied by malty grain notes, oak, vanilla, and spicy accents. Overripe apples and a hint of burnt wood round off the bouquet.
- Palate: Nutty chocolate with coffee notes, rich malt, honey, oak spice, and stewed apple with cinnamon flavors.
- Finish: A lingering, smoky aftertaste, attributed to the finish in the Islay whisky cask.
