Special features: This noble Cognac combines the best grapes from Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne, thus meeting the criteria for the designation Fine Champagne. After aging for at least 10 years in Limousin oak barrels, it presents itself with remarkable depth and complexity.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Intense floral aromas of cinnamon, vanilla, honey, and a hint of fine tobacco.
Palate: Full-bodied and smooth with a multifaceted body that reveals finely balanced notes of tropical fruits, spicy oak, as well as a touch of honey and vanilla.
Finish: Very elegant and long-lasting, with the aromas of cinnamon and sweet spices particularly coming to the fore.
Distillery/Bottler: The Maison Bache-Gabrielsen was founded in 1905 by Thomas Bache-Gabrielsen, a Norwegian officer who discovered his passion for the region and its spirits in Cognac. Today, the company is run by Hervé Bache-Gabrielsen in the fourth generation and is known for its high-quality Cognacs produced in the Fine Champagne region.
