Distillery/Bottler: The Bally distillery, founded by Jacques Bally in 1917, is known for producing Rhum Agricole from fresh sugarcane juice. It is located in Le Carbet on Martinique and uses traditional methods reminiscent of Cognac production. Since 1986, the Bally brand has belonged to the Simon distillery, which continues the tradition and consistently produces high-quality rums.
