Special features: The Balvenie 25 Year DoubleWood is a masterfully aged single malt whisky that has been refined in two different types of casks. Initially, it matures in American oak barrels that were previously filled with bourbon, and then receives a finish in European oak barrels that were previously filled with Oloroso sherry. This double cask maturation gives it remarkable depth and complexity.
