Special Features:

Belvedere Organic uses fully certified organic Polish rye as its grain base, together with purified water from its own artesian wells. The vodka is made without additives, so its delicate vanilla, nut and pepper notes do not come from added flavourings.

Organic certification covers both the ingredients and production, meeting EU and USDA requirements. Converting the farmland initially took three years; after sowing, a further ten months passed before the organic rye was harvested.

The bottle contains 0.7 litres at 40% alcohol and is offered without gift packaging. The vodka can be enjoyed neat and lightly chilled, in a classic Martini or over ice.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Vanilla and cream come across as gentle and soft on the nose.
• Palate: The vodka is full and rounded on the palate, with a medium body and a smooth, rich, velvety texture. Subtle vanilla moves between sweet and savoury impressions, complemented by a hint of black pepper and further spice.
• Finish: Almond and thick cream remain present in the lingering finish, accompanied by a delicate hint of Brazil nut.

Distillery/Bottler:

Belvedere is produced in Żyrardów, Poland. The distillery has been operating since 1910, while the Belvedere brand was founded in 1993. Its master distillers draw on a 600-year Polish tradition of vodka making.

Production involves distillation using fire and water drawn from the distillery's own wells. Its energy supply has also evolved: a biomass plant supplies the distillery with renewable energy and also provides energy to surrounding communities.
