Special features: This limited Sloe Gin is based on Bertha's Revenge Gin, whose base alcohol is made from whey – a tradition that originates in Ireland. The sloes for the Sloe variant come from the surroundings of Ballyvolane House in County Cork. After several months of aging with the sloes, the gin is complemented with a fine sweetness that harmoniously rounds off the taste.

Distillery/Bottler: The Ballyvolane House Spirits Company is based in County Cork, Ireland. The founders Justin and Andrew developed the gin by using whey as an unusual base – a process that has its roots in Irish tradition. With great enthusiasm and in small batches, a character emerged that is shaped by the selection of numerous botanicals such as juniper, citrus fruits, licorice, angelica, and spices. The name "Bertha" honors the dairy cow, which has been symbolically brought back and gives the gin its unique character.
