Distillery/Bottler:

The Muscat Cask is an official bottling from Bonnington Distillery. The distillery was commissioned in 2019 and began production in Leith in March 2020, bringing single malt distillation back to Leith after almost 100 years. Its water comes from an aquifer 147 metres beneath the distillery. The squat stills, custom-made by Speyside Copper Works, are modelled on stills used by John Crabbie in the 1860s.
