Special features: This 10-year-old Bunnahabhain Staoisha was bottled by Signatory Vintage in the 100 PROOF Edition, which corresponds to an alcohol content of 57.1%. It matured in a combination of first- and second-fill Oloroso sherry butts, resulting in a harmonious blend of peaty smoky notes and the sweet depth of sherry. It was bottled without chill filtration and without coloring to preserve the authenticity and full flavor of the whisky.

Signatory Vintage, the independent bottler of this whisky, was founded in the late 1980s by Andrew Symington and is known for bottling single malts from single casks.
