Special features: The Callington Mill Anniversary is a 7-year-old single malt whisky from the Callington Mill Distillery in Australia. The distillery produces the whisky from local barley and pure mountain water. For maturation, barrels from Spain and Portugal are used, including first fill sherry casks as well as barrels from Palo Cortado and Pedro Ximénez. This whisky has an alcohol content of 46% and is bottled without chill filtration.

• Palate: On the palate, it presents itself as oily-spicy with walnut and green almond, underpinned by bitter stone fruit.
