After its distillation in 2007, it matured in Amontillado Sherry Octaves and was bottled in 2024 with an alcohol content of 53.2%. The limited edition consists of only 174 bottles, making it a coveted rarity for collectors and connoisseurs.
Tasting Notes:
- Nose: Inviting aromas of milk chocolate, figs, and orange marmalade, accompanied by subtle peat smokiness and a light maritime minerality.
- Palate: Initially sweet, followed by a dry spiciness and an oily texture. Notes of tobacco, orange marmalade, and refined peat smoke harmoniously combine.
- Finish: Medium-length, with hints of chocolate, dry wine, and spicy peat smoke reminiscent of chili flakes.
