Special features: This 23-year-old rum comes from the legendary Caroni Distillery in Trinidad, which closed in 2003. Bottled by That Boutique-y Rum Company, exclusively for the German market, it is presented at cask strength with 62.3% ABV and is limited to only 365 bottles. The rum was distilled from molasses and aged in American oak barrels. It belongs to the coveted HTR marque and has not been colored, chill-filtered, or sweetened.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Intense aromas of ripe tropical fruits, accompanied by vanilla and spices. Hints of tar and rubber add depth.
