Special features: The Chichibu Paris Edition 2025 Ginza is a limited special release from the renowned Chichibu Distillery, which creates an edition each year in honor of the city of Paris. This edition is dedicated to the elegant district of Ginza in Tokyo and presents itself in a poppy design inspired by Kawaii culture. The edition includes six different labels that symbolize the cultural connections between Paris and Tokyo.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: A rich and velvety bouquet with a pleasant malty bitterness, underpinned by earthy and spicy notes of cinnamon. Aromas of tropical fruits like passion fruit and lychee as well as dark berries like grape and blackberry unfold, accompanied by earthy underbrush notes like dry leaves and porcini mushrooms. Subtle hints of plum add depth and complexity.
• Palate: Initially oily and robustly peaty, with citrus and pepper notes. As it develops, a honey-sweet and waxy texture emerges, becoming increasingly creamy. Flavors of toasted bread, zwieback, and malt porridge blend with fruity notes of mirabelle and damson.
• Finish: Long and concentrated, picking up the malty tones from the nose and palate. Fresh notes of gentian, mint, eucalyptus, and sage refresh the finish. Both exotic flavors like passion fruit and candied notes of plum come to the fore, while sweet hints of toffee and bourbon vanilla emerge in the aftertaste.

Despite its young age, it has quickly established itself as one of Japan's leading distilleries and is known for its innovative methods and the use of high-quality ingredients.
