Special features: This 8-year-old single malt matured in specially selected Islay casks numbered 1052, 1053, and 1056. The limited release was bottled on June 24, 2022, and impresses with a strong, peaty character that reflects the smoky side of Islay. Free from chill filtration and coloring, it offers a natural tasting experience.

Nose: Smoky peat aromas paired with a subtle sweetness and a hint of salty sea breeze.
Palate: Voluminous and robust with notes of vanilla, oak, and smoke, supported by a spicy depth.
Finish: Long-lasting, smoky with slight hints of spices and a pleasant dryness.
Distillery/Bottler: The Coillmor Albanach Peated comes from the Liebl distillery, which has gained recognition for its creative and quality-conscious releases. This original bottling highlights the talent of the house in presenting complex and characterful whiskies. Although produced in Germany, the whisky brings an international style direction into the bottle with the Islay casks.
