Tasting Notes:

• Nose: On the nose, there is a clear, strong juniper scent, complemented by notes of white pepper, celery salt, resinous juniper, and earthy violet. When diluted, fresh coriander aromas emerge.
• Palate: On the palate, black pepper, resinous juniper, and licorice dominate, accompanied by nutty, woody angelica root, mild cinnamon, and ginger. Curry leaves are perceptible, but only due to the ingredient list.
• Finish: The finish is characterized by lemony freshness, herbal juniper, and black pepper. Curry leaves may also be noticeable as the finish fades.
