Tasting Notes:

• Nose: The nose is very complex with exotic fruits like passion fruit and pineapple, accompanied by spicy star anise, cumin, delicate vanilla, and sweet chestnuts. Cardamom and turmeric intensify the spice, while floral notes of peonies round out the bouquet.
• Palate: On the palate, a fruity blend of dark fruits, including blackcurrants, and red fruits like strawberries unfolds. Cocoa-like nuances as well as herbal notes and a light tobacco aroma are added.
• Finish: The finish is medium-long, marked by aromas of quince jelly, rose hips, and nuts.

Distillery/Bottler: Signatory Vintage was founded in 1988 by Andrew Symington, whose name 'Signatory Vintage' refers to 'signed vintage'. In 2002, he took over the Edradour distillery in the rural region of Pitlochry.
