Special Features: The Cuvee No. 23 from the Manufactory Jörg Geiger is an alcohol-free beverage produced in Germany. It is based on a harmonious blend of 54% rhubarb juice and 46% apple juice, refined with rose and apple blossoms as well as spices. The cuvée is characterized by its natural coloring and is produced without artificial additives. This specialty is bottled in practical 0.75-liter bottles and contains added carbonation, which provides a refreshing spritz.
Tasting Notes:
- Nose: On the nose, dominant freshness from the rhubarb with a slight scent of apple and rose blossoms.
- Palate: On the palate, fresh apple, present and lingering acidity from sorrel and oxalis with a bitter aftertaste. Playfully light on the tongue.
- Finish: The finish shows a bitter aftertaste.

By processing old apple and pear varieties from Swabian orchards, complex, aromatic drinks are created.
