Special features: The Dingle Distillery, located on Ireland's wild west coast, is a young, independent distillery that has been carefully crafting whisky since 2012. The single malt is slowly triple distilled in traditional Forsyth stills and matured in a mild, maritime climate. 69% of the barrel maturation takes place in first-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry casks and 31% in first-fill bourbon casks, creating an exciting complexity. This is the distillery's first permanent core-range bottling; previously, it was primarily known for limited, small-batch releases.
