Dingle Single Malt Irish Whiskey - 46.3%
Special features: The Dingle Distillery on the wild west coast of Ireland is a young, independent distillery that has been carefully producing whiskey since 2012. The Single Malt is slowly triple distilled in traditional Forsyth pot stills and matures in a mild, maritime climate. The cask maturation occurs 69% in First Fill Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks and 31% in First Fill Bourbon casks, which provides exciting complexity. This is the first permanent core range release of the distillery, which has so far been known primarily for limited small batch releases.

Palate: Creamy mouthfeel with flavors of caramelized apple, raisins, and vanilla.
