Dingle Distillery is situated in Ireland’s County Kerry on the Wild Atlantic Way. Oliver Hughes, Liam LaHart and Peter Mosley founded it in 2012, having previously been involved in the Irish craft beer scene. Their aim was to establish an independent distillery with small production batches and an artisanal approach to whiskey maturation. The distillery released its vodka before its gin and whiskey.
The still currently used for the vodka is named Mary, in memory of the distillery’s late colleague Mary Ferriter.
