DIS ONE Aries is an eight-year-old German single malt from single cask 172. It was distilled in 2018 and bottled in 2026 at 46% in 0.5-litre bottles.
The aromatic profile combines red-wine tannins and fruit with orange and orange zest, vanilla, cinnamon, ginger, spices and chocolate. On the palate, the oak initially appears dry before becoming sweeter.

DIS ONE makes its single malt from malted barley and mineral-rich well water. It is distilled twice before the new make is filled into hand-selected Bordeaux wine casks at around 60%. Aries is an official bottling from DIS ONE.
