Don Fulano Tequila Blanco
Special features: This tequila is made from 10-year-old blue Weber agaves in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. The agaves are cultivated in iron-rich red soil, resulting in a high sugar concentration in the heart of the "piña." After harvesting, a natural fermentation of 72 to 96 hours occurs, followed by a double distillation: 80% in copper pot stills and 20% in copper columns. The tequila is then aged for 60 days in stainless steel tanks to preserve its freshness and elegance.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Fresh and elegant with notes of cooked agave, damp earth, roasted pepper, and subtle fruity aromas.
Palate: Smooth and slightly buttery, with a balanced interplay of fruit, herbs, and spices.
Finish: Long-lasting, warm, and seductive, awakening the senses.
Distillery/Bottler: Don Fulano Tequila is produced by the family distillery La Tequileña in Atotonilco el Alto, Jalisco, Mexico.
