Distillery/Bottler: Drumshanbo Gunpowder Gin comes from The Shed Distillery in Ireland, known for its handling of exotic botanicals. The distillation takes place in medieval copper stills, with eight botanicals being directly distilled. Four additional botanicals, including the Sardinian citrus fruit 'Sa Pompia', are added through steam infusion to preserve their flavors. After distillation, the gin rests for 21 days before being lightly chilled filtered.
