Distillery/Bottler: The Edradour Distillery, founded in 1825, is considered one of the smallest and most traditional distilleries in Scotland. It is located in the picturesque Pitlochry in the Scottish Highlands and is known for its authentic craftsmanship and innovative cask maturations. Since 2002, it has been owned by Andrew Symington, the founder of the independent bottler Signatory Vintage, and Edradour stands for independent and traditional whisky production.
