The bottling is done in a sturdy packaging in the form of a tube and is not chill-filtered.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: The nose reveals aromas of ripe apples, pears, and lemon zest, complemented by white peach and vanilla. Sweet malt and light floral notes complete the picture.
• Palate: On the palate, peach, pear, and honey unfold over a robust malt base. Vanilla provides a creamy sweetness, balanced by bright citrus and fresh wine notes.
• Finish: The finish is characterized by lemon and soft oak, while the richer fruits recede, with lingering vanilla and dry malt.

Distillery/Bottler: The Edradour Distillery, founded in 1825, is one of the most traditional distilleries in Scotland and is beautifully located by the Edradour River, east of Pitlochry. It uses small pot stills and worm tubs, resulting in a fuller and more intense whisky. The distillery is known for the variety of casks it uses, including wine and port casks, to achieve complex flavor profiles.
