It matured in a first fill Oloroso sherry butt, followed by a bottling at 46% vol. without chill filtration. This bottling is part of the Un-Chillfiltered Collection and comes in an attractive tube. Tasting Notes:

• Nose: The nose reveals rich notes of raisins, figs, and dark caramel, accompanied by orange peel, milk chocolate, and walnuts, as well as warming spices like cinnamon and cloves, along with a distinct oak presence.
• Palate: Full-bodied and enveloping on the palate, the whisky presents dense sherry notes of dried fruits, toffee, and cocoa. The Edradour core brings a firm malty base and a creamy texture, followed by spiced oak and a hint of pepper.
• Finish: The finish is long and warming with lingering sherry sweetness, chocolate, and spiced oak. It ends slightly dry with nuts and warm fruity sweetness.

Distillery/Bottler: The Edradour Distillery is known for its artisanal whisky production. In 2002, Signatory Vintage acquired the Edradour distillery. Signatory Vintage has been operated by Andrew Symington since 1988 and specializes in bottling single casks. The Un-Chillfiltered Collection of this bottling illustrates the commitment to preserving the natural characteristics of the whisky.
