Special features: The EMILL Feinwerk Single Malt Whisky is produced by the Emil Scheibel Schwarzwald-Brennerei GmbH in Germany. It matures in the historic Scheibel mill and receives a finish in selected port wine barrels, which gives it voluminous and fruity aromas. The whisky is made from malted barley and is double distilled in hand-hammered copper pot stills with a swan neck. During maturation in the mill, different climatic conditions come into play, influencing the aging process.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: The nose reveals fruity and sweet notes of dark fruits like plum, accompanied by hints of blackcurrant and blueberry. Earthy nuances and a sweetness of vanilla and cocoa, as well as delicate wood notes, complement the aroma.
• Palate: Smooth and soft in taste, the whisky presents itself oily with notes of cocoa and milk chocolate, as well as candied citrus fruits. A pleasant strength develops on the tongue during enjoyment.
• Finish: The aftertaste shows distinct notes of dark chocolate.
