Special features: The Etsu Double Yuzu Gin is produced at the Akita Distillery on the island of Honshū in Japan. This gin is characterized by a seven-day maceration of traditional botanicals, including Japanese yuzu, juniper berries, licorice root, angelica root, coriander seeds, and matcha tea. After maceration, distillation occurs without the botanicals to refine the flavors and add elegance. Pure spring water from the Ōu Mountains is used, giving the gin purity and freshness.
