Special features: This single malt is the first complete in-house production of the Powerscourt Distillery in Enniskerry, County Wicklow. With its distillation and aging in the company's own facilities, the whiskey marks a significant milestone – for the first time in over 100 years, whiskey is being legally produced in Wicklow again. The maturation took place in ex-bourbon casks, which significantly contributes to the flavor profile.
Tasting Notes:
- Nose: Toffee, vanilla, apple, pear with hints of leather, cinnamon, and nutmeg
- Palate: Creamy vanilla sauce, fine wood, salted caramel, and tarte Tatin
- Finish: Long-lasting with spicy notes, leather, honey almonds, and fruity compote

It relies on traditional distillation techniques and local production in Wicklow. With the Fercullen Single Malt, the distillery celebrates the revival of Irish whiskey production in this region after more than a century.
