Distillery/Bottler: The Eimverk Distillery was founded in 2009 in Garðabær, a suburb south of Reykjavik, Iceland. It is known for producing whisky, gin, and aquavit from locally grown organic barley. The distillery places great emphasis on craftsmanship and uses specially developed equipment. The name "Floki" honors the Viking Flóki Vilgerðarson, who discovered Iceland in the 9th century.
