Special features: This special edition from FRC, named after the unique Australian platypus, is a small-batch rum that initially aged for five years in ex-bourbon barrels under the Australian sun. It was then refined for two years in selected Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks in Europe. The product, limited to 1500 bottles, elegantly combines tropical and sherry-toned nuances.
