This 19-year-old edition matured in carefully selected ex-Solera sherry casks that previously held Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry for over 55 years. Master Distiller Billy Walker chose these special casks for the secondary maturation after the whisky was initially aged in American oak barrels. This combination of maturation approaches provides a unique depth of flavor.
