Tasting Notes:
- Nose: Intense aromas of Christmas cookies, cloves, dark chocolate, figs, and cedar wood.
- Palate: Complex sweetness with notes of maple syrup, toffee, plums, juicy cherries, brandy butter, and Black Forest cherry cake.
- Finish: Warming impressions of toffee, fruitcake, and caramelized ginger, transitioning to cherry jam and espresso.
Distillery/Bottler: The Glencadam Distillery, founded in 1825, is located in the east of the Scottish Highlands in Brechin. Despite its long history, it gained greater recognition only in recent years. Known for its creamy and smooth whiskies with fruity aromas of forest berries.
