After at least three years of aging in new bourbon barrels, it undergoes a finishing period of up to 12 months in Grand Cru Burgundy barrels that were previously filled with Pinot Noir. These special barrels contribute to the complexity and depth of the whiskey. The product is available in an original bottling from the Glendalough Distillery and is characterized by its natural color.
