Special features: The Tío Pepe Fino Sherry from González Byass is produced in Spain, in the region of Jerez de la Frontera. This sherry is made from 100% Palomino Fino grapes that thrive in the chalky soils of Andalusia. After harvesting, the grapes are gently pressed and the resulting must is fermented. Initially, the wine is fortified to 15.5% alcohol content and then matures for at least 4 years under a layer of flor yeast in the Tío Pepe Solera system in American oak barrels before being bottled.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: The Tío Pepe Fino Sherry presents itself with a bright, very pale straw yellow and unfolds a bouquet of floral yeast aromas reminiscent of fresh bread, as well as nutty notes of almonds.
• Palate: On the palate, the Tío Pepe Fino Sherry is dry, with vibrant freshness and flavors of citrus fruits, nuts, and a hint of yeast. It is characterized by a clear, precise structure.
