Special features: Bottled in small batches of 500 liters each, this Cognac combines distillates aged up to 25 years from various crus, including Fins Bois, Bons Bois, and Grande Champagne. The production is carried out in collaboration with the renowned family business Vallein Tercinier, which has developed specific recipes for the core range of GrapeDiggaz. Available as part of a transparent and high-quality collection of independent bottlings with a clear focus on purity and authenticity.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Tree-ripened peach, Riesling, dried apricot, white fir honey, forest floor, leather, tobacco, rich dark chocolate, Voatsiperifery pepper, lime zest, orange peel, cinnamon.
• Palate: White chocolate, whipped honey, butterscotch, white peach, sun-dried apricot, limestone, Burgundy truffle.
• Finish: Long and engaging.
