Special features: The Highland Park 16 Year "Between You and I" Single Malt Whisky is the result of a unique collaboration between the renowned Highland Park Distillery and the Swedish three-star chef Björn Frantzén. This limited edition is characterized by its first maturation in unseasoned casks made of Swedish oak, which gives the whisky a distinctive depth and complexity. Additionally, it has been matured in sherry casks made of European and American oak as well as in former bourbon casks. Each bottle is presented in a box designed by Frantzén, featuring a spray design inspired by his love for art.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Complex aromas of vanilla, combined with citrus and orange notes. Deep and layered with accents of marzipan, nutmeg, and Christmas pastries. Towards the end, aromas of crème brûlée emerge, shining through the caramel layer of the dessert.
• Palate: Intense and full-bodied with spicy facets and notes of European oak that harmoniously connect with the aromas from the nose.
• Finish: Balanced with subtle citrus notes and a pleasantly warming, drying finish.

Distillery/Bottler: The Highland Park Distillery, founded in 1798 by Magnus Eunson, is located on the Orkney Islands in Scotland and is known for its high-quality single malt whiskies. It uses local peat for production, which contains a higher proportion of heather, giving the whiskies a special note. Maturation traditionally occurs in sherry casks made of American and European oak sourced from Oloroso sherry producers in Spain.
