Special features: This bottling is one of the few independent whiskies from the Holyrood Distillery in Edinburgh and features an interesting finish in a sherry octave cask. The combination of oak casks and the subsequent octave finish gives this Lowland single malt a refined flavor profile. The limited number of only 85 bottles makes this bottling particularly desirable.
