This second edition presents an even more complex composition, characterized by maturation in rye casks and intensive refinement in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry quarter casks from Bodega Miguel Martin. Bottled unfiltered and without coloring, it showcases its natural strength at 52% ABV.
