This pure single rum was distilled in double retort pot stills and matured for three years under tropical conditions in Jamaica, followed by nine years of further maturation in continental Europe. This combination fosters a special complexity and depth. The whiskey cask, an ex-bourbon cask (#HD12BT05), plays a decisive role in shaping the aromatics.
