The Pure Single Rum was distilled in Double Retort Pot Stills and initially aged for three years under tropical conditions in Jamaica, followed by a nine-year maturation in continental climate in Europe. This combination promotes a special complexity and depth. The whisky cask, an ex-bourbon cask (#HD12BT05), significantly influences the aroma.
