Special features: The Kanosuke Single Malt - Sherry Casks Vatted is produced in Japan by the Kanosuke Distillery, which was founded in 2017 in Kagoshima. This limited edition combines traditional distillation techniques with modern methods and matures in a selection of sherry casks, including Oloroso and Cream sherry casks. With an alcohol content of 48%, the whisky is not smoky and is not chill-filtered. The gift packaging is an additional feature.
Tasting Notes:
- Nose: The nose reveals aromas of dark cherries, vanilla, cinnamon, and raspberries.
- Palate: On the palate, gentle raisins, dark chocolate, cloves, fruitcake, and lychee are present.
