Tasting Notes:

Distillery/Bottler: The Kilchoman Distillery was founded in 2005 by Anthony Wills and is the first distillery on Islay in 124 years. It is located in the northwest of the island, near Machir Bay, and is characterized by its traditional production methods. All steps of whisky production, from growing the barley to bottling, take place on-site. Kilchoman is known for combining traditional craftsmanship with innovative methods and produces about 100,000 liters of alcohol annually.
