Special features: This rum is the first of its kind to be fully produced in Ireland. Fermentation occurs from a mixture of 50% sugarcane molasses and 50% sugar, followed by triple distillation in small copper pot stills. The aging uses the solera method and initially includes six 50-liter bourbon barrels, followed by a Pedro Ximénez sherry cask and finally a Cabernet Sauvignon cask.
