The casks, some of which have been aged for up to five years, come from a neighboring distillery in County Louth. This Batch 1 marks the beginning of a signature series, where quality and character are at the forefront. Each batch is assembled in small quantities of 120 to 200 liters, emphasizing the exclusivity of each bottling.
